SIMULATIONS AND MODELS
PSI has
participated in a wide variety of simulation projects that have led to the
development of an extensive library of models of systems, equipments, and
environments. These models are generally
available to support new analysis and simulation tasks, either for PSI or its
clients.
Most often,
new clients want simulations that are somewhat different from those that
exist. Typically, most of the models
for these new simulations can be drawn from those that already exist. Opportunities to reuse these models result
in either the direct applicability of existing models, or the requirement for
some degree of enhancement or customization.
By virtue of the visual architectural properties of VisiSoft, existing
models can be tailored easily to satisfy different situations. PSI provides its clients with model
structures that allow for easy expansion and future usage in other simulations.
